Air Intake System

Oxygen in the air is one of the necessary ingredients for the engine combustion process. A good air intake system allows for clean and continuous airflow into the engine, thereby achieving more power and better mileage for your car.

Exhaust System

An exhaust system is usually piping used to guide reaction exhaust gases away from a controlled combustion inside an engine or stove. The entire system conveys burnt gases from the engine and includes one or more exhaust pipes.

Fuel System

The function of the vehicle fuel system is to store and supply fuel to the engine. The engine intake system is where the fuel is mixed with air, atomized, and vaporized. Then it can be compressed in the engine cylinder and ignited to produce energy or power

Oil Systems

The base oils main purpose is to lubricate engine parts reducing friction while the additives stabilise the thickness of oil under varying temperatures, help break down debris within the engine and protect engine parts from corrosion and wear.

Radiator System

A car engine produces a lot of heat when it is running, and must be cooled continuously to avoid engine damage. Generally this is done by circulating coolant liquid usually water mixed with an antifreeze solution through special cooling passages.

Air Conditioning System

A vehicle’s air conditioning system does not create cold air. It actually takes the heat and moisture out of the air that is already in your car, leaving behind cooler air. Having a good understanding of how the components work can help to explain the methods of repairs in the air conditioning system.

Brake System

To stop a car, the brakes have to get rid of that kinetic energy. They do so by using the force of friction to convert that kinetic energy into heat. When you press your foot down on the brake pedal, a connected lever pushes a piston into the master cylinder, which is filled with hydraulic fluid.

Tyre System

Put simply, they are an ultra-durable matrix of many complex components encased in moulded rubber, the net result of which provides a grippy surface on the outside for holding onto a variety of surfaces, with a void on the inside that is filled with compressed air for good ride comfort.
